How can I create a free email newsletter?

I would like to be able to create an email newsletter with photos and links in it, but want to do it for free, and something that’s going to be easy to figure out how to do.

how can i email over 300 photos using my yahoo email account? I dont want to send 1 at a time. is there anyway to send bulk photos so I can email a bunch of photos at once. please, any help would be great thanks

Issues emailing photos as attachments and the recipient receiving them in the body and not as an attachment?
