How do I block a person from emailing me on yahoo mail beta?

Some person is sending me mail on my yahoo mail beta and I can’t figure out how to stop that person from sending me mail.

How can I send an HTML email using Yahoo mail?

I was trying to send a message to my customers. It will not allow me to add my Company LOGO. I do not want to send as an attachment. The pictures are not carrying over to the body of the email.

Is there a way to see if sent emails have been read when emailing through Yahoo?

I Just wanted to know I use to use aol and I know that they have a feature on their email system that allows you to know if emails that I send have been opened by the recipient. Is there anything like that available when using Yahoo email?
