In general, when I browse homepage of a software, I find details of its mailing lists and newsgroups. What’s the conceptual difference between these and their usefulness?

I need a simple program to use for storing database of clients, take notes about each visit, generate mailing list, import to MS trip mapping program

We our working on a mailing list and are finding it difficult to keep track to duplicates, etc., as the list has grown to over 10,000 entries and it is only going to get larger. Does anyone know of any good mailing list management software?
We have been using access as our primary way of storing data. I am more specifically looking for something to find and remove duplicates.

My boss asked me to find a free Mass Mailing Software or trial version Mass Mailing Software because the one he is using is having some technical difficulties. We are using a “Windows XP”. If that helps.

He wants one that will allow him to mail to at lest 50 -155 people at once. I’ll look at all, but please, tell me if you can, how many emails you can send out at once. It will save me the trouble of looking for that information.

I’m still at work, so please don’t think it’s because I’m too lazy to look up that information myself. >.<

how do i print mass mailing labels on microsoft 2003? I am having difficulty transferring from excel to publisher? i need to print out a sheet of labels with various clients on it. all i have been able to do is print out an entire sheet of one person’s mailing address. i do i get it to print out various address on one sheet?

I have a number of addresses that I would like to print envelopes out for. Short of copying and pasting each line into Publisher, is there any more efficient way that I can do this?

i am on the board of a nonprofit. our mailing list is around 2500 people. we need a software that will keep track of both our mailing list and our donor information and amounts they gave.

Outside of thos automatic feed ones like feedburner.

I have 2800 people i need to send an email to. my regular email system wotn allow me email anywhere near that amont . Anyone have a good idea of programs i cna use to email those amoutno f people > (They all subscribed to be on my mailing list, by no means is this spam)

I e-mail a weekly newsletter from my place of employment to people that REQEST to receive our events. No spam. I have approx. 300 people on the list. I can only send 50 e-mails at a time using outlook so I have 7 different distribution lists . I handle all additions, deletions myself. I know there has to be an easier way. I have been to tucows.com but I’m not sure how to pick the best. I don’t need to handle multiple mailing lists… just this one. What do you use? Does it work perfectly for you? Please advise.
