Mass Emailing?

I want to send an email to multiple people at one time, but I don’t want all of their names and email addresses listed on the email “TO” box. Can this be done with Microsoft Office Outlook? If not, what software is best for this task?

I need to send scanned documents to someone thru email and they can only accept attachments upto 12mb but most of my files are 20+mb. I need to make these scans smaller to fit the email but i also need it to be legible n printable for the person receiving it. How can i do this? The files are stored on corel and picasa. HELP!

I have a video file that I want to send to a friend but it’s too big to send through email. I have WinRAR and I know you can compress a file without emailing it, and then attach it to the email. But I’m not sure how to do that. Any help would be great. Thanks!
By the way, the video is a quicktime video… and it won’t work with VirtualDub =/

I want to email 300Mbs of pictures I have on my Mac. Pressing the the control key I used the “compress” function but it doesn’t compress very much.

Outlook: When I change an email from html to plain text, it defaults to a different font. Can this be stopped?

In using Outlook — When I change the email from html to plain text, it defaults to the Times New Roman size 10 font . . .

But I want it to default to Verdana size 10 font.

How can I set a really Permanent Default Font? One that will stay the same at all times? Does anyone know?

Will they be able to view it correctly if they don’t have the font(s) installed on their computer?

If not would saving & sending the document as a PDF file fix the problem?

I’ve seen how to send HTML from Word or IE, but I have a lot of emails to send out and I’d like to be able to do it directly from outlook2007. Is there a way to paste HTML code into an email before sending?

NOTE: Outlook 2007 is way different than 2003

I run a small business and need a program to send my clients fun, pretty emails. My client list is only about 250-500 email addresses. Any suggestions?
