How to get yahoo’s attention? Not just get an auto generated message that does not answer the problem?

Posted by admin | Problems with Service | Sunday 17 January 2010 1:01 am

I have been frantically emailing yahoo. for 5 days because my email account was ‘broken into’, the password changed, and mass mailings from my contact list being sent. Yahoo so far has only sent an auto generated response that does not solve the problem. How do you get someone there to read your problem and actually help resolve it??

Why does it take so long for my outgoing emails to reach the person I am emailing?

Posted by admin | Problems with Service | Wednesday 7 October 2009 1:17 pm

It’s been taking up to 6 hours from the time I send an email from my yahoo acct for the person to receive it. People keep telling me they are not receiving my emails. I even tested it out and sent one to my work email. It took all day for the email to get to my address. I am using this yahoo address for a new business and can’t afford for my emails to take hours to reach their destination. Is there something I can do to speed up the delivery? Please help!

Is T-mobile intentionally blocking email on the Samsung Blast?

Posted by admin | Problems with Service | Sunday 6 September 2009 2:11 pm

I’ve had the Samsung Blast for 2wks. It downloaded Yahoo headers at the start, when I called T-mobile support with a problem viewing them, Yahoo stoppped working completely. My Other1 email was working fine until I told Willie @ tech support 425-396-4089 that it was. All of a sudden nothing worked. Sound suspicious? This issue needs to get to the press! Class action!
When I configured Other1 as Comcast , it worked perfectly until I told tech support that it was, and then mysteriously it stopped working immediately.

Mail from bellsouth.net not getting to yahoo?

Posted by admin | Problems with Service | Saturday 29 August 2009 11:37 am

I can not send email from bellsouth to yahoo. This is not a bulk mail folder problem. It is as if the entire domain of bellsouth has been blocked. I have multiple boxes on bellsouth and even tried emailing my own yahoo with an empty bulk folder to see if that is where it is going. I am pretty literate in computers, and I have a friend that reported this same problem of few months back, any help from anyone would be very helpful. If i remember at that time, he said he found out yahoo was blocking the domain because of the way bellsouth security works, there system had determined the domain of bell south was a spamming domain. This is not true since bellsouth is a very large phone company, now part of Att and is a paid for service.
