I purchased services from yahoo search marketing due to a scam (from another company) and gave them a deposit. I need to get a refund, make sure the account is closed, and that they will not charge me monthly like I think it is setup to do. But no one at the customer service area where I have been emailing for Yahoo Search Marketing is responding (despite many emails being sent). Any idea of how to get a LIVE help person at yahoo ? … either by chat help or by phone?

Yahoo is emailing their patrons encouraging them to upgrade to Microsoft Internet Explorer 8. Then, on the Yahoo Games website, they are suggesting that you NOT upgrade to IE 8 because most of the game won’t work.

The other problem is we don’t have a way to contact this other user.
