i’m an iraqi citizen and i have got a friend who wants to work with american forces , see he has worked with them before but his partner deceived him and scammed him out of work now after about a year he has been trying to get back to work with american forces as a ( supplier of goods ) he used to get them from the market whatever they asked so any way he has been Emailing him for three months and they usually respond to his Emails to wait a week or ten days then when the ten days over and he Emails them reminding them , they Email him telling him to wait for more week and this has been going on for three months , he usually comes to me and tells me what is the deal with americans ? that their way of doing business ? he is jobless and in debt and needs this job desperately so i ask u americans out there should my friend be patient or just give up ? u think they want him or not ? why is all this torturous delay ?
