I’m interested in Mass mailing softwares/web based programs or similar applications capable of sending emails in htlm or plain text formats. I am particularly interested in large volume email campaigns and would prefer programs which are extremely fast but at the same time very easy to use.

Furthermore, I am looking for where I can find affordable fresh email leads.

I’m looking for some mailing list software that can support multiple mailing lists. We’ve been using Excel, but we want to try something new. We want to be able to have multiple lists, and individual customers can span across multiple lists, depending on their preferences. We will use postal mail, phone numbers and email addresses. We’re not focusing on email lists, but physical postal mail.

We are a mid-sized business growing our customer base. Our emails range from customer assistance to product promotions.

We need to be able to send approximately 40,000 to 60,000 emails a month. We prefer to be able to update our own customer and prospect databases with the opt in and opt out information rather than duplicating the data from our service. And we would like to handle opt-outs per list type, (opting out of product promotions does not stop the regular newsletter, and opting out of the newsletter does not opt the client from service notices.)

I want to let the people in the city I live in know about a service I’m offering. I always get little post cards or letters from local businesses. How do I get the addresses and than how do I pay for the mass mailing? I don’t have to buy individual stamps, do I?
