How do i make the accent marks in a hotmail email account with the spanish words?

I know how to make the ñ in hotmail but what about these

I am able to make them accent marks in yahoo mail because i got the codes written down for them for yahoo mail but i mainly use hotmail. How can i make those accent marks while writing an email using my hotmail email account?
