Where can I subscribe to a Japanese Buzzword Mailing list?

It seems like every min. Japan is always coming up with a new buzzword! Like for ex. アルフォ　. Sorry for I misspelled but it’s arufo means around 40 year old women that aren’t married and that are satisfied with just having a career. Is there a mailing list I can subscribe to to keep up the trend of the buzzwords! I always like to know what is going on with Japan thanks!

I have an Ameba.com account but i have no clue how to use it! LOL I dont think you can send email to people who arnt a member.

Why do people keep emailing me saking how they say stuff in Japanese?
