Should there be a law against emailing while intoxicated?

I **** getting up in the morning after a night of drinking and finding my computer left on while logged into my hotmail account. I just know I did something bad.

What are the rules for emailing/contacting people on and internet dating site?

I have a problem with trying to figure out the rules as to when it is OK to contact some one, how often to contact them, when to ask for their phone number, etc. Is there some set of rules that I should know about?

Ok, well I want to start emailing my class friends, but I don’t want to seem awkward to just start emailing them when I don’t really have anything to say!

Any help on what to do?!
