I know it’s unprofessional to just copy and paste into the text portion of the email. I can send them as PDF files, but do I send the cover letter and the resume as the SAME file, or can I send it as two separate files?
….or is there a better way to send it via email?

I’ve tried standing next to her desk and asking “sorry are you in the middle of something?” commenting that “(she’s) getting a lot of milage out of that data plan” etc. but she doesn’t get it… do I go to the boss or ask her directly. Either way she’s going to be angry and make my life even more miserable.
Follow-up - she types on her phone, which makes an endless clicking noise with each keystroke.
