Want to email digial vids from my camera. What or is the way to resize them to send out via email. I have Picasa for resizing photos,,but don’t think it does videos.

im trying to send pics thru email and the person can not recieve it cuz the pic size is too big. can someone help me. let me know what i have to do to change the size. thanks so much!!
