Something has gotten into my address book and keeps sending my contacts spam messages with my address as the sender. My friends keep asking why am I sending them spam. I am not doing this how can I stop this from happening. It seems like some kind of spyware but I have Zone Alarm which should have caught this. No virus has been sent to destroy anything just spam to buy something.

How do I reconnect with someone with an old email address?
I am desperately trying to reconnect with someone that I lost contact with about a year ago. I tried emailing the individual recently but the email address is no longer active. All I have to go by is a first name and an old email address. I think I might be SOL but if anyone has any ideas please help.
How do i find someones email address if i only have thier name and postal address?
Nothing sinister, just wanna get hold of an old friend but dont know his email, all i have is a postal address,no phone,no mobile and no other way of getting in touch. tried friends reunited and such like, even bebo, my space and face book but, no dice. i know he uses the internet cos hes on friends reunited but he aint checked it for 6 months.
