some guy is harassing me but its not in a way where i can report it cn i block him from messaging me and if so how?

I need to forward an email from Comcast.net to the administrator. My yahoo address is being blocked from a relative with a Comcast.net email account. Yahoo is now my primary email server, but if I cannot contact my relatives, I’ll have to make some changes.

Difference between mailing lists and newsgroups?

In general, when I browse homepage of a software, I find details of its mailing lists and newsgroups. What’s the conceptual difference between these and their usefulness?

I would like to send an email through my cellphone, but when it asked for the email server number i don’t know what to input. My cellphone is nokia 3510i. Please help me.
