How do you stop a **** website from emailing me?

One time I was on this **** website and I some how I gave them my email adress and now almost daily they send a new link to a new video. I want it to stop. I have send letters back saying stop emailing me and take me off your list but it dose not work. Please help.

I am trying to configure outlook 2007 for my yahoo account but when testing the settings it errors both on sending and receiving email, can someone help with the setting and email server address for yahoo?
