Has anyone else noticed that Yahoo hasn’t been emailing your contacts questions to you?

No, my profile still said to email my contacts questions. I checked before I posted this question. For some reason, I just haven’t received any of them for days now. But I see them listed on the questions list. And no, these contacts did not block me.

How to file a complaint against someone who is emailing you?

I now have a stalker that is emailing me. How can i file a report against him? He lives in another state
will I be able to file a complaint against this person? all he will do is probably make another name.
