How do I code an email in HTML for use as an email newsletter?

I’ve been asked to design an email newsletter template for the office. That’s the easy part. Now I’ve got to throw the HTML together to make it work. I guess I can easily code an HTML page, but then, how do I put that into an email. I think we are going to outsource company to send it out, but I’d like to know how to send it out from Outlook.

Is there any way you can transfer pictures from a camera phone to your computer without emailing?

i have a t mobile camera phone. im not sure what its called. its smaller than a razor but it looks like one. is there any way i can transfer all or certain pictures to my computer. i have a cord that plugs in to the phone and computer. its like a usb cord.
im not sure what to do oncei plug the cable in??

I have blocked an email address twice, and they still can send me email. How can I block this person for good, as I don’t want to receive his junk email? I don’t think my blocker is working how can I check it, or what can I do??

I am a college freshman and I just visited my old high school with one of my friends. I had a lovely time and I got to see all of my favorite teachers. The thing was they all insist that I email them more often.. I would, I just don’t know what I would say.

Someone told me that they have “Blocked” someone from emailing them. I do not see an option for that. Is there way to actually do this?

I’ve tried standing next to her desk and asking “sorry are you in the middle of something?” commenting that “(she’s) getting a lot of milage out of that data plan” etc. but she doesn’t get it… do I go to the boss or ask her directly. Either way she’s going to be angry and make my life even more miserable.
Follow-up - she types on her phone, which makes an endless clicking noise with each keystroke.
